Kaya is a current senior at Princeton University studying Neuroscience. Her thesis will explore the neurocomputational basis of compulsion as a transdiagnostic symptom of psychiatric disorders. She is also a premedical student, hoping to matriculate to medical school in 2028. In her two years off, she hopes to expand her knowledge of computational neuroscience and gain experience in a clinical setting. When she’s not studying or in the lab, Kaya loves to play the guitar, practice a new language, and cook.
