Alberto Castro Palacin, BS, MSc

Biomedical Informatics Research Data Scientist I

Alberto is a data scientist who earned his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Universidad Europea (2020), followed by a Master’s of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology (2022). Along with his extensive experience in the engineering field, Alberto has always been interested in the brain, which has led him to work at the Child Mind Institute and now Boston Children’s. Moreover, his interests are centered around understanding how lesions can affect the brain and manifest into behavioral measures. Alberto hopes to become an entrepreneur in the field where he can expand brain computer interface (BCI) interventions and access.
